Some people make things so easy that everyone begins to see their efforts as "just normal" and hence do not appreciate them.
It is only when they get to the cockpit and in total control that they realise work done by pilots is much more than just sitting and pressing buttons.
Behind every work is a significant number of mental and intellectual investments before they are simplified for everyone's understanding /application.
The heroes of every undertaking are not the ones managing the success or taking the glory at it twilight hour; the heroes are ones who built from ground zero, cleared the mess and set motion in place for future progress!
