Here is Minister of State for Education, Chief Nyesom Wike, saying Nobody can force the president to sack him while the nation's universities has been shut down. He is more concerned about an affair in his state than the task for which he was appointed to undertake at federal level.
Do we really need anyone to tell us why we are in the dark despite the availability of many opportunities?

As we are talking ASUU is still on strike and our Universities are shut down nationwide, while ASUP shut down the polytechnics for over three months. Nobody hear anything from Wike and those in Education ministry on the crisis.
The sad part is that while thousands of young people are idling away at home because the lecturers are on strike, the people who should be looking for the solution are busy fighting for their political ambitions. Some trying to project themselves as correct party loyalist while other simply work to ingratiate themselves into the heart of a potential aspirants.
It is always about them and their political ambitions. As for those youths who are helping them stoke up the tension by posting nonsense on social networks, always remember, it is not about you (unless you have your eyes on appointment).
Minister Wike should be told to channel his extra energy on how to solve the education problems ravaging the land instead of battling a sitting governor for whatever reason. He should be discussing with his Senior minister how to leave positive footprint in our education system. She should be talking to ASUU and ASUP and see what can be done to bring sanity to the system. Our students are tired of sitting at home. They are tired of reading boring news about how someone betrayed you . They want Universities reopened.
